At TSS, our quality culture is company-wide.

Our strategies include customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations, continual improvement, employee involvement, and structured process improvement and problem resolution.

These strategies have produced documented results!

Our successful strategy also includes a supply base which is managed from the quote stage through receipt activities. Improvement targets for our partners in supply are established and monitored.

These activities are only a part of comprehensive quality management systems we use to control and enhance every facet of the business. The result is the TSS Customer Assurance of Quality, our commitment to making certain there is no down time and no lost sales or revenue from parts and equipment that do not conform to customer requirements.

In addition, TSS provides benefits to our customers such as assistance with 510K and Premarket Approval submittals, RoHS and Reach compliance support and testing required for CE marking. Our staff is very knowledgeable and experienced with APQP requirements including Control Plan, PFMEA, Gage R&Rs and Capability Studies.
